I know, I know. It's so early to be looking at nursery items already but I seriously can't help myself. I have serious problems. :/ Not to mention Etsy has become one of my favorite websites for cutesy handmade items.
Originally I had my heart set on getting the Carters Sleep Haven Convertible Crib. Until I realized I would be spending almost $500 on it. That quickly changed my mind...until I went into Babies R Us and realized why I feel in love with it. Ugh, but I can't get it. It's just way out of my budget when I can get a nice looking crib that I still love for a much less and better price.
So, instead I have decided to get the Graco Lauren Convertible Crib which is just as nice and just as beautiful for much much less!! I'm pretty excited and can't wait to buy it once I enter the second trimester.
Now, crib bedding has been such a pain in the butt. I just can't seem to find anything that I am in love with for a decent price. So, I've decided this is the ONE and ONLY item I am allowing myself to splurge on. With that being said, here are a couple I have picked out for a boy and girl.
Girl Option #1 (my favorite so far)
Not a big fan of the crib skirt, I prefer one that is ruffled together like option #2. Luckily, the lady who hand makes these, will happily change something not to difficult free of charge.
Girl Option # 2
Boy Option #1
Boy Option # 2
Decisions, decisions, decisions. Who knew it would be this hard? Definitely not me, and what makes it harder is Justin. He's such a picky man and he honestly has every right to be. It's his child too, not just mine. I can't go out buying big things without him liking it. He would hate me. Well, not hate, but he'd be upset he didn't get to help with the decision making.
