{one} what was one thing that you valued when you were a kid?
This is honestly tough for me because my childhood was rough. I was adopted and dealt with a ton of emotion that goes along with that. But I valued ALL the family members I had because there sure are a lot of them.

{two} what was your favorite (+ lease favorite) subject in school?
Favorite class was Psychology and least favorite class was history.

{three} do you remember your first love?
I sure do. Oh high school

{four} what one pet would you love to have?
A giraffe, love those things.

{five} would you rather live in the country or in the city?
I'm undecided. There are things I love about the city and yet hate and then there are things I love about the country and hate as well. It's a tough decision.

{six} what do you love about blogging?
It's MY place. That's what I love..sorry I've been MIA. I have things going on in life and I'm just trying to soak everything up.

{seven} what is the first website you visit everyday?
Usually my e-mail

{eight} will you or have you joined google+?
I don't even know what google+ is...

{nine} what is your favorite scent of candle/air freshener?
During the winter, I love mint chocolate. During the fall, I love the smell of pumpkins or apples. During the summer/spring months, I'm good with my eucalyptus mint.

{ten} how would you describe your style?
Casual. I'm a jeans and t-shirt kind of gal.

{one} what is your dream job?
I have two dream jobs. One, being Self-Employed doing Photography. Two, a Criminologist {think CSI or Criminal Minds}

{two} how many best friends do you have?
I have one best friend, Laura.

{three} what’s the longest road trip you’ve ever taken?
Driving to Florida from Wisconsin...

{four} if you had to do one single thing every day for the next year, what would it be?
Definitely work out. haha

{five} what’s one story your family always tells about you?
I was younger, maybe 8? and I wanted to take my hair out of it's pony tail but struggled to get the hair band out. I went out to ask my mom who was busy and said no. I decided to take matters into my own hand and cut.off.my.pony tail. I had to have a boy hair cut. It was horrible. I even hid my cut off hair under some shoes...like they wouldn't notice it was missing from my head.

{six} how did your parents pick your name?
I'm adopted so I don't know why they picked out Jessica. Either way, I've come to love it.

{seven} what’s the one thing that scares you more than anything?
Losing my daughter.

{eight} are you a good cook?
At times I am, but I alse eff up a lot. Practice makes perfect. Last night I made these babies.

red peppers stuffed with italian breakfast sausage (we had no other meat) tamato sauce, garlic powder, salt/pepper, italian seasoning and parmesan cheese. It was delicious.

{nine} where do you see yourself in 20 years?
Married with another kiddo living in a beautiful or run down house. Either way, I know I'll be happy.

{ten} what’s your best childhood memory?
Swimming in the lake that my parents live on with my child hood best friend. Those were the days.

{one} what color best describes you + why?
pink. not only because I always wear it but it's a fun, pretty and cheerful color.

{two} how have you changed in the past year?
I've become a mother so not only do I care for myself, I care for another human being. And that being is my daughter, the best part of me.

{three} have you ever had any surgeries?
I did have surgery on my boob once. Unfortunately, I found a lump in there but I was lucky and it was not cancerous.

{four} why did you start your blog?
I was just bored and needed something to do, somewhere to write and vent about daily crap going on. Once I became pregnant, I started documenting her growth and how life was changing. Now it's all about Laila. :]

{five} what are you looking forward to this summer?
Grilling out, Six Flags, summer nights, fireworks, the beach, road trip {?} family time, milestones and much much more.

{six} do you have any family traditions for the 4th of July?
My aunt and uncle throw a huge 4th of July party every year. We will be going this year as a family. Normally we watch fireworks from our house and I think this year we will do that as well.

{seven} what’s something new that you’ve tried in the past few months?
Food. I am a very picky eater.

{eight} what is the perfect a/c temperature?
between 70 and 72 is perfect.

{nine} what was the last movie you saw in the theater?
Bridesmaids - freakin' hilarious!!

{ten} what song do you think everyone should hear at least once?
Anything by Regina Spektor. I wuv her.

{one} how many times have you been a bridesmaid/maid of honor?
I've never been a maid of honor but I have been a bridesmaid in my sisters wedding

{two} what’s the last thing your do before you fall asleep at night?
say good night and give Laila a kiss

{three} you just won your dream vacation, all expenses paid. where are you going?
New Zealand. Boo-Yah

{four} what is your favorite outdoor activity?
Talking Laila for her walks.

{five} as a child, what did you want to “be when you grew up”? did you end up there?
I wanted to be a Veterinarian but that constantly changed. I didn't end up there.

{six} what are 3 things your dream home would have that you don’t currently have?
In-floor radiant heat, a hot tub, and CENTRAL AIR.

{seven} what’s for dinner tonight?
I'm actually going over to my BFF's house to make some buttered noodles with Parmesan chicken.

{eight} if someone stopped by your house unannounced on a typical Saturday night, what would they find you doing?
Depends on the time. If Laila was awake, we'd probably be hanging out on the floor playing. If she were asleep, I'd probably be showering, pumping or just relaxing in some pajamas catching up on movies.

{nine} what’s your average monthly water bill?
Our water bill isn't monthly and our landlord usually covers in unless it's a crazy amount of money.

{ten} what do you do to relax?
take a nice HOT shower with the lights dimmed, read, go for a walk, or just lye down.

{one} when was the last time you used a pay phone (if ever)?

Actually, I've never used a payphone.

{two} did you ever fail a subject in school?

Sadly, yes. & I believe it was Spanish.

{three} where do you go to get your favorite hamburger/cheeseburger?

I have more than one favorite burger joint. Call me addicted to bacon burgers with lettuce. Wendys Jr Bacon Hamburgers are delicious as well as Jumbos.

{four} have you ever served jury duty?

Nope & I wouldn't mind doing jury duty if it was an interesting case. I'm into that stuff. Weird, right?

{five} how old were you when you moved out of your parents’ house?

Couple months after turning 18.

{six} what is your favorite color to wear?

I love to wear bright colors, reminds me of spring/summertime. But, I also like to wear black because it's flattering on me. Makes me look thin, which I definitely am not.

{seven} do you have a pair of shoes that you wear all the time?

Clogs. And if I'm not wearing clogs, I'm barefoot.

{eight} do you enjoy talk radio?

I don't mind some.

{nine} if you could turn one unhealthy food into a healthy one, what food would it be?

Cookies and every single kind of cookie out there. Especially double chocolate chip. Oh.my.gosh. Can you see the drool hanging from my mouth?

{ten} who is the best speaker you’ve ever heard in person?

Honestly, I've only heard a couple speakers and I can't even remember their names. Such a shame.

{one} have you ever been stuck in an elevator?
No, thank goodness.

{two} have you ever ridden on an elephant?
It was either an elephant or a camel. I'm not too sure.

{three} have you ever met a well known celebrity?
Hmph, no.

{four} do you have any food allergies?
None that I know off.

{five} do you know how to sew?
My sewing involves heat n bond tape and an iron!

{six} did you get an allowance when you were young?
It was more of do.your.chores.and.get.paid allowance

{seven} how often do you fill up your gas tank?
Once a week.

{eight} have you ever been stung by a jelly fish?
No.

{nine} have you ever been robbed?
I've had clothes stolen from me.

{ten} what is the worst haircut you’ve ever had?

When I was younger, I had my hair up in a ponytail. I attempted to get the hairband out all on my own but ended up tangling my hair into a huge mess. I asked my mother, who was cutting my brothers hair at the time, to take it out for me. She told me to wait a sec and would get it out once she was done. My stubborn, little self didn't feel like waiting. So, I grabbed some scissors and decided to cut my pony tail completely off. And then proceeded to hide the hair as if know one would notice my messed up hair-do. My mom noticed and had to cut my hair to make it look somewhat decent and by the end of the day, I was left with a boy haircut. It was completely humiliating.
